Shilpkaar
At Project Shilpkaar we aim to uplift Indian artisans who have been facing difficulties with the advent of fast fashion. Plarn, a yarn derived from plastic, is used to manufacture various beautiful handcrafted products like tote bags and laptop sleeves. The project has completed over Rs100,000 sales, increased artisans' income by 50%, and provided employment to over 50 skilled craftsmen. It has also upcycled more than 40 kgs of plastic.
Be a part of this impactful journey and help us create a sustainable and empowering future!

Rupaantar
At Project Rupaantar, we're passionate about transforming waste into wealth. Since our inception in 2022, we've been working tirelessly to create sustainable solutions that help reduce waste and minimize environmental damage. Our efforts have already yielded impressive results, with the successful reduction of 200 Kgs of CO2 emissions through the development of products from coconut and floral waste. Our beneficiaries have also benefited from this, as we generated revenue of 25,000 rupees. We're excited to see our efforts recognized by the Minister of Waste Management Goa, and we're determined to continue making a positive impact. As of now we are working towards transforming the domain of agricultural waste of oranges and sugarcane.

Zeen
Project Zeen serves as a bridge between the urban community and farmers through multiple farmer-to-consumer markets set up across Mumbai. Its primary aim is to prevent farmer suicides and uplift farmers financially. With a total revenue generation of over 29.5 lakh rupees, the project has marked a monumental threefold increase in farmers' incomes. Over 2400 beneficiaries have been touched by this initiative, and 45 F2C markets have emerged as bustling hubs of community and commerce, with weekly sales exceeding 2.5 tonnes. Project Zeen not only boosts the economic prosperity of farmers but also fosters community integration and sustainable agricultural practices.

Vishuddh
Project Vishuddh addresses health and sanitation problems by empowering low-income groups to become entrepreneurs. By partnering with NGOs, the project facilitates the manufacturing and selling of eco-friendly sanitary pads and non-toxic washing powder, thereby empowering underprivileged women. Starting with a team of 12, Vishuddh's impact extends to over 800 individuals, empowering communities beyond its inception. Through door-to-door waste collection in slums, the project promotes hygiene and community well-being, contributing to the overall upliftment of marginalised populations.

Parivartan
Project Parivartan seeks to empower rag pickers and urban slum dwellers through the upcycling of waste materials, thereby making them financially independent. By teaching them skills such as creating products like sawdust pencils and Boweys from discarded scrap and waste, the project has provided avenues for income generation. This initiative has empowered 38 women with entrepreneurial skills, resulting in a remarkable 150% increase in their income. Additionally, it has repurposed over 2,236 kg of waste, contributing to environmental sustainability while improving livelihoods.

Patched
Project Patched is a project dedicated to the upliftment of victims of human trafficking by helping them develop skills that can lead to financial independence. The Patched program follows a 3E model: Education, Entrepreneurship, and Empowerment. Initially, women were trained in various subjects such as spoken English and computer skills, as many of them lacked formal education. Next, they were taught how to create patchwork items like cushions and quilts, which, when sold, generated funds for them, providing an alternative source of income and empowering them. Over 28 women have been helped by this initiative, with an average income of ₹5000 per month and more than ₹30,000 per year, enabling them to chart a course towards independence and self-sufficiency.
Beneficiaries' Stories
Pratibha Berde
I have been able to achieve a significant milestone of employing more women in our business operations. This has not only helped us in expanding our business but has also positively impacted the lives of many women in the community. We are happy to see more and more orders coming and we extend our heartfelt thanks to all our customers for supporting us in our mission.
Nitin Shinde
Namaste! My name is Nitin Annasaheb Shinde, I am a farmer from village Thangaon. With Zeen, we have set up F2C markets in Malad, Thane and Kandivali. Before times i used to believe farming alone is not enough to support my family, however now i think otherwise. Earlier I used to earn between 10,000 to 11,000 Rupees per month but after joining Project Zeen our monthly income has increased by 300 %. Our platform during the pandemic gained a lot of popularity and we were able to sell our produce while prioritizing the safety and security of our customers. I thank Enactus MPSTME for this initiative and this is a great initiative to help farmers like us.
Vishaka Gaikwad
We beneficiaries were introduced to Vidhra, a laundry detergent of Project Vishuddh. Now all of us use Vidhra in our houses. We manufacture around 300kgs of Vidhra every month. All of our customers are happy with the results given by this product. The team of Project Vishuddh took several self-manufacturing sessions of our product. Our clothes get washed off effectively with no harsh effects on our hands. It is safe and easy to handle. The detergent cost is so cheap with good quality as compared to other detergents. I am so pleased to see the immense response of our customers to our handmade detergent. The product Vidhra has raised our daily wages and has made it possible for us to live with joy. Now, apart from daily house chores, I have something to work on and work for with all my interest.
